I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although my room was clean and spacious, being on the sixth floor with no lift was a bit inconvenient. The advantage of having no windows for the outside was the peaceful environment without traffic noise, but being close to the corridor made it a bit noisy in the mornings.

The hotel's location was very central, making it easy to explore all the places I wanted to visit. It was around a 10-minute walk to the lake and 25 minutes to the train station, right in the heart of the old quarter.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for our family, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful in organizing our trips to Sapa, Halong Bay, and other destinations. The location was spot on, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore everything. The dining options were a bit limited, but overall, a fantastic hotel experience.
